The main challenge for Co-op Insurance was a lack of depth and creativity in-house. The group required a huge uplift in the quantity of assets for their marketing campaigns, as well as an uptick in the creativity of those assets to ensure they grabbed the customer’s attention.

Co-op’s marketing and design teams also had several skills gaps in areas like motion graphics and animation, which our designers are able to fill with their specialist expertise.
Motion Magic
For the multi-channel campaigns that Co-op was rolling out concurrently, plus the many new products it had in the pipeline, the group told us they were missing a dedicated and highly-skilled motion graphics team.
So, we provide on-demand graphics production delivered by our motion specialists. Tone’s designers fit seamlessly into their in-house design team, helping them to achieve effective multi-channel rollouts without the need to hire.
Being Co-op’s main source of video production has also enabled us to develop a video style with clear guidelines, ensuring we create consistent assets across all of its campaigns. Something the group simply didn’t have before.
Creative that Converts
Prior to our partnership, Co-op was running multiple split tests over a variety of campaigns and channels, which required an experienced team of creatives to produce high-converting copy and assets at a rapid pace.
This also meant translating briefs and managing projects effectively in order to combat schedule spikes when campaigns were due to go live.
Using our project management system, Co-op are able to see exactly what we’re working on at any given time, allowing for clear scheduling and easy re-prioritisation when deadlines change.

The group has a library of educational and supporting assets too, which aren’t part of any specific campaign but are used to nurture leads through to sales.
